Christopher Weik is the realtor and founder of Real Estate Harmony, Inc., Ventura County’s own independent real estate company specializing in matching individual needs with real estate.
The vision for reHarmony is conceived from a belief that individual dreams, preparation, and opportunity can come together into real estate harmony.
Chris Weik has over twenty years of business experience and his entrepreneurial spirit has created a successful real estate service through hard work, drive, and a true passion to help homebuyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
Chris owned and operated a family musical instrument manufacturing and sales business in Hollywood, California, for many years prior to venturing into the real estate market. His energy, hands-on approach, background in marketing and experience in negotiating have added tremendous value to his real estate practice. Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the California State University, Northridge. He is a licensed broker/agent, and a member of the National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors.
As a graduate of the Leadership Ventura Chamber of Commerce program, he is dedicated providing the highest quality real estate services possible to you by empowering you with the knowledge and information to make the best choices.
reHarmony is based in Ventura where Chris and his wife, Deanna, and their children reside.

Deanna Weik brings a unique range of experience to Real Estate Harmony. She has worked in executive management, high-rise tenant improvement, and architectural design. From a family-based operation to the corporate setting, Deanna’s hallmark has always been dependability. Her attention to detail and efficiency ensure clients are given quality, responsive service.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Deanna is a highly skilled business professional who will meet and exceed customer expectations. As alumni of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Ventura program, she is enthusiastic about serving and helping to build a better community.
